Why use Mail Managers instead of a shop that both prints and mails?

HOW DO I SAVE USING A MAILING SERVICE?
Through use of automated hardware and software, we are able to process your mailing much more efficiently than those who do not have such equipment or do not  keep up with ever changing Postal requirements. The true cost of our service is generally offset by just the postage saved alone, without considering the time and expense of doing it yourself.

WHEN WILL MY MAIL GO OUT?
We are proud of our record for meeting our clients time requirements. As a rule, mailings up to 40,000 pieces will be at the Post Office within 48 hours of receipt. Smaller mailings are often mailed the day we receive them or the next day. Larger, or more complicated mailing may take longer. In short, we work with you to determine how best to get your mail delivered when you want it delivered.

HOW SECURE IS MY DATA/PRODUCT?
Unless otherwise instructed, your database is used and deleted from our system. We do not share your data with anyone , unless you ask us to. We are bonded & insured and have handled over 300 million pieces of mail. We are proud of our security and confidentiality record.
